Timeless Technologies conceives of and proposes zero emission projects to public and private funding sources that recognize the need to lower our dependence on fossil fuels and utilize renewable energy. TSC Construction is a full service design/build sustainable construction solution provider specializing in seamless additions to, and the restoration of, older wood frame dwellings with a focus on reducing the building's carbon footprint as well as maintaining the historic nature of the original structures's design elements. At TSC Construction our design team takes a look at each and every element of a project in order to develop a master plan, which provides the most efficient use of all materials to be incorporated into the project and to determine how best to take advantage of the site specific conditions.
